Shelter Island Democrats will dominate the November ballot with Supervisor Jim Dougherty running unopposed for a 4th term on the Democratic, Independence and Working Families lines. Highway Superintendent Jay Card, Jr. will also be unopposed for re-election on the DEM and IND lines.
